Do you post/schedule the content for me?
Not by default. Essentials is focused on creating and delivering your content in a monthly batch. If you want us to handle publishing, you can add Community Management (or we can scope a posting/scheduling add-on).

Do you come up with the ideas and topics?
Essentials is designed to stay affordable, so ongoing ideation isn’t included in the base plans. If you want us to plan your themes, hooks, and scripts, add Content Strategy Lite and/or a Script Pack.

What if I don’t have footage?
No problem. You have two options: (1) book a filming add-on (Mini Shoot, Half Day, or Full Day) to build a content library, or (2) we can create stock-based concepts when appropriate (approved direction). Most creators get the best results when they have a consistent filming rhythm.

What kind of edits are these—basic or premium?
They’re basic, intentional edits optimized for TikTok retention: tight cuts, clean pacing, burned-in captions, and music when it fits. If you need heavier motion graphics or advanced production, that’s a different scope.

What’s the turnaround time?
We work in monthly batches. You’ll have a set submission deadline for footage/updates, then we deliver your batch on the scheduled delivery date. (Exact dates can be shared after you apply.)

How do revisions work?
Each subscription includes one revision round per month. Revisions are collected in one window so we can keep turnaround fast and pricing affordable.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes—Essentials is month-to-month unless you choose to commit to a longer runway. To avoid being billed for the next cycle, cancellations must be submitted before the next billing date.

Is this a good fit for brand-new creators?
Yes—especially if you want consistency without spending hours editing. If you’re brand new, we typically recommend starting with Reels 12 (and adding Posts 12 if you want supporting content).

What platforms is this optimized for?
We edit TikTok-first by default (retention + pacing), and you can cross-post to Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

Do you provide raw files or project files?
We deliver final, ready-to-post exports. Raw footage remains yours (especially if you filmed it or booked a filming add-on). Project files (editable timelines/templates) are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.

What happens if I miss my footage deadline?
No stress—your delivery date shifts to the next cycle. We’ll always do our best to keep you on track, but the subscription stays affordable because it runs on batching and deadlines.

Can I request content anytime during the month?
Essentials runs on a batching system to keep pricing affordable and turnaround predictable. You’ll submit your monthly updates/requests by the deadline, and we’ll build your batch for that cycle. If something comes up mid-month, we can queue it for the next cycle (or scope a rush request / strategy add-on if needed).
